This policy outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and commission structure for participants in the Dark Tantra Temple Affiliate Program.

The purpose of this program is to acknowledge community members who intentionally share Dark Tantra Temple events with people they believe will respect and resonate with the space.

By applying to or participating in this program, you agree to the terms below.

1. Program Overview

The Dark Tantra Temple Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commission for referring guests who purchase tickets to Pink and Red Dark Tantra Temple play parties.

Each affiliate receives a unique referral discount code used during ticket checkout.

When a ticket is purchased using that code, the system automatically records the referral.

This program exists to support intentional community sharing, not mass promotion.

2. Referral Tracking

Each approved affiliate will receive a personal referral code.

When a guest purchases a ticket and enters the affiliate’s code at checkout:

• The guest recieves a 10% discount
• The system records the referral
• The sale is credited to the affiliate associated with that code

Only purchases made using the affiliate’s unique code will be eligible for commission.

Dark Tantra Temple is not responsible for missed commissions if a buyer does not use the code during checkout.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 15% commission on each confirmed ticket sale made using their referral code.

Commissions apply only to:

• Pink-level play parties
• Red-level play parties

Commissions are calculated based on the ticket purchase price.

Details regarding payout schedule and payment method will be provided after affiliate approval.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to represent Dark Tantra Temple in alignment with the community’s values.

Affiliates must:

• Share events honestly and accurately
• Promote events with integrity and consent
• Only refer individuals they believe will respect the Temple container
• Avoid misleading or exaggerated claims about events or experiences

Affiliates are encouraged to share events intentionally rather than broadly.

The goal is to bring aligned participants into the space, not to maximize attendance.

5. Prohibited Promotion Practices

The following actions are not permitted:

• Spam-based promotion
• Misrepresenting Dark Tantra Temple events or experiences
• Offering unauthorized discounts or incentives
• Attempting to manipulate the affiliate tracking system
• Using paid advertising without permission
• Promoting events in spaces where the content is inappropriate

Violations may result in removal from the affiliate program.

6. Community Integrity

Dark Tantra Temple prioritizes community safety, consent, and container integrity over event growth.

Affiliates are expected to share events with discernment and care.

This program is not intended to create a sales culture around tantric or sacred work. Its purpose is to acknowledge those who already help the community grow through intentional connection.

7. Affiliate Approval and Removal

All affiliate applications are reviewed.

Dark Tantra Temple reserves the right to:

• Approve or deny any affiliate application
• Remove affiliates from the program at any time
• Withhold commissions in cases of fraud or policy violations
• Modify or discontinue the affiliate program

Approved commissions earned prior to removal will still be honored unless abuse of the system is identified.

8. Commission Payments

Commission payments will be issued according to the payout schedule communicated to affiliates.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

Any applicable taxes or reporting requirements are the responsibility of the affiliate.

9. Policy Updates

Dark Tantra Temple may update this policy as the affiliate program evolves.

Affiliates will be notified of major changes when possible.

Continued participation in the program indicates agreement with the most current version of this policy.
