Thank you for contributing your skills and knowledge to Dark Tantra Temple events.
Facilitators play an important role in helping create meaningful experiences for guests by offering guided practices, demonstrations, or educational moments that support exploration, embodiment, and connection.
This agreement outlines the expectations and professional standards required for individuals facilitating within the temple environment.
By participating as a facilitator, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Role of a Facilitator
Facilitators are practitioners who offer experiences, demonstrations, or guided practices during Dark Tantra Temple events.
These offerings may include modalities such as:
• Tantra practices • BDSM education • Somatic embodiment practices • Sensation play demonstrations • Massage or body-based practices • Breathwork or mindfulness practices
Facilitators contribute to the event as independent practitioners sharing their skills within the temple environment.
Facilitators are not employees, representatives, or agents of Dark Tantra Temple.
Consent & Participant Communication
Facilitators must practice clear and informed consent with any participant engaging in their offering.
This includes communicating:
• what the experience involves • what sensations or activities may occur • any potential risks • the participant’s ability to stop or withdraw consent at any time
Participants must always feel free to decline or discontinue participation without pressure.
Facilitators agree not to pressure, manipulate, or coerce any participant into an activity.
Professional Conduct
Facilitators agree to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during the event.
Facilitators agree to:
• maintain appropriate boundaries with participants • communicate clearly about their practice • remain sober and clear-minded while facilitating • respect the shared environment of the temple
Facilitators should avoid making claims of medical, therapeutic, or psychological treatment unless they are properly licensed and operating within their professional scope.
Working Within the Temple Environment
Dark Tantra Temple events are shared environments where multiple activities may occur simultaneously.
Facilitators agree to:
• remain aware of the surrounding environment • avoid disrupting other experiences in the space • communicate with event leadership if they require a specific area or setup
Facilitators should also cooperate with Temple Monitors if any safety concerns arise during an activity.
Safety & Responsibility
Facilitators are responsible for practicing their modality safely and within their level of training and experience.
Facilitators acknowledge that they are solely responsible for the services or practices they offer and agree to hold Dark Tantra Temple and its organizers harmless for actions taken within their facilitation.
If a participant appears uncomfortable, overwhelmed, or requests to stop, the facilitator agrees to immediately respect that request.
Compensation Options
Facilitators may choose one of the following participation options when contributing to an event:
Option 1 Receive $75 compensation for facilitating.
Option 2 Receive a free event ticket plus one guest ticket.
Compensation arrangements will be confirmed prior to the event.
Limited Facilitator Spots
Facilitator positions are limited for each event.
Completion of the Facilitator Orientation and agreement does not guarantee placement at a specific event. Facilitators must still register for events using the Facilitator access code, and spots are filled on a first-come basis.
