Interested in volunteering or stepping deeper into the Dark Tantra Temple?
Becoming a Temple Keeper is how you serve the space and community from the inside.
You’ll help shape the flow of our events, assist guests, and hold the energy of the Temple with presence and care.
To serve as a Temple Keeper, you must:
~ Be an approved member of the Dark Tantra Temple.
~ Complete the Consent & Play Party Etiquette Course.
~ Be grounded, reliable, and comfortable supporting others.
What is my role?
To put it simply, becoming a temple keeper makes you a registered volunteer for events within the temple. Each event will have several volunteer slots, and serving as a temple keeper gives you first access to upcoming events. The responsibilities for temple keepers are as follows:
Before the Event
~ Arrive early to help with setup and preparation.
~ Ground yourself and connect with the event’s intention.
~ Greet and orient guests as they arrive.
~ Bring a fruit or food offering to nourish the Temple and share with others.
During the Event
~ Be present and aware of the room’s energy.
~ Help guide transitions and maintain the flow of the space.
~ Offer water, snacks, and emotional support when needed.
~ Assist Dungeon Monitors and facilitators when asked.
After the Event
~ Help with teardown and cleanup.
~ Stay for closing reflections or grounding as needed.
How does it work?
Step 1
Apply for the Dark Tantra Temple
If you haven't done so already, please apply to join the Dark Tantra Temple before applying to become a Temple Keeper.
Step 2
Fill out the Temple Keeper Application
It's quick (a lot shorter than the application, I promise lol) and approval happens within 2-3 hours.
Step 3
Access the private channel within the community
There will be a link to a calendar where you can register for the upcoming events as a Temple Keeper.
